Watch your favourite show on television while we care for your smile — we offer Apple TV and Netflix to our patients. One of our operatories even has a massage chair to make your experience as relaxing as it can be. Many of our patients find that this tour helps alleviate any anxiety they may have relating to dental visits.
Treatment Coordination
Our goal is to keep you as informed as possible about your dental care and treatment plan. As a courtesy to our patients, we can submit dental claims to your benefits provider on your behalf. We are happy to partner with you to help you understand your plan. From general questions about options, to sending a predetermination to your provider, we want to know that you will always leave our office will all of your questions answered. And of course, if you ever have additional questions, all you need to do is call!
Checkup/Recall Appointments
We promote meeting our friendly staff to discuss your personal oral health needs and wishes. It’s important to us that we provide the most personalized approach that works best for you. This includes how we contact you, which can be done via phone, email, or text message. Whether we set up a regular care schedule, design a treatment plan to address decay or gum issues, or discuss your cosmetic concerns, this is your chance to tell us what you like and don’t like about your smile and general oral health. We will always work with you to help you meet your goals.
Dental Hygiene Care
Your first dental hygiene appointment will take longer that an average recare appointment, even if you are diligent in maintaining your oral health. It’s important for us to get to know you — including everything about your teeth, gums, and mouth. Our hygienists will spend extra time getting to know you — allowing them to accurately track any change over time and to always be well-informed on your oral health needs and concerns. Your hygienist is an expert at patient education and will happily give you all the help you need to take the best care of your teeth at home.

From digital imaging and x-rays, to using small pen-sized intraoral camera (so that you can see what we see), we communicate everything to you so that you can be 100% informed and involved in making the best decisions for your dental care. All our diagnostic equipment is set to emit the lowest amount of radiation possible — as much as 70% less than traditional.
