We give back to our community
through accessible programs

We accept the following programs as methods of payment for patients who live within a 10 km radius of our dental practice.

The interim Canada Dental Benefit is intended to help lower dental costs. Parents and guardians can apply if the child receiving dental care is under 12 years old.

The Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program is run by the government of Ontario. The program provides free, routine dental care for eligible seniors 65 years or older. It is designed to support low-income seniors.

To Focus On Your Health, We Accept Payment at the Time of Treatment

We aspire to provide an exceptional, safe, smooth client experience

If you are reading this, it’s because you want to know why our practice has chosen to take payment at the time of service. What is payment at the time of service? It means we accept payment directly from the client on the day of treatment. We believe that by focusing all of our energy on our clients, we provide a better experience.

The insured person needs to double-check the bill

When dentists accept payment directly from the insurance company, the patient has no incentive to look at the fees and codes. In this situation, any mistakes in billing become fraud.

We offer the same service to all our clients, regardless of dental benefits

You and your doctor work together to evaluate your oral health. You identify your ideal treatment plan and you choose your treatment option. Your clinical team provides treatment. You pay at the time of treatment. This process is the same for all our clients, regardless of insurance status.

Insurance plans are messy

Insurance plans have become increasingly complex over the years. There are over 50,000 different dental insurance plans in Ontario right now. And that number is still growing. As companies work to manage costs, it becomes impossible for us to keep track of what each plan covers. Your insurance company can do that for you.

Dental insurance companies don’t talk to us about your plan

When we send a claim to your insurance company and it doesn’t get approved, they do not talk to us about your plan. We don’t know any more about your insurance than you do. If there is an issue with a claim, they will frequently only accept talking to the insured person.

If every practice took assignment, the entire profession would be at the mercy of insurance companies

The practices that take assignment ride on the backs of those who don’t.

Dental healthcare is health care. We are here for your health.
