They were very understanding of my fear of dentists due to past experiences and they really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the procedures. When I got my wisdom teeth removed, they made sure I was okay and checked in with me to make sure I was healing properly and feeling okay.
They completely changed my feelings towards 'the dentist' and I couldn't be happier, thank you team!! ❤️

Ontario fee guide
At Longworth Dental Courtice, we follow the Ontario Dental Association fee guide. We aim to deliver exceptional value and affordability to our patients. This relationship has to work both ways, and we want you to feel confident about the fairness of our fees.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay and Debit (including Visa and Mastercard Debit).
Our fees support our team, running our practice, and investing in our community. Looking for a government-subsidized program? Keep reading.
We collect payment at the time of treatment, and we submit your claim for you. Insurance companies generally reimburse fees the next day.
Accessible dental care programs
We accept the following programs as methods of payment for patients who live within a 10 km radius of our dental practice.
- Learn more about the Canada Dental Benefit
The interim Canada Dental Benefit is intended to help lower dental costs. Parents and guardians can apply if the child receiving dental care is under 12 years old.
- Learn more about Healthy Smiles
The Healthy Smiles program is run by the Government of Ontario and is designed to provide free dental care for children 17 years old and under. It is intended for lower-income families in need of support.
- Learn more about Ontario Works
The Ontario Works program helps people who live in Ontario, and who need money to help pay for food and housing. The program provides financial assistance (including income), as well as health benefits.
- Learn more about the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program
The Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program is run by the Government of Ontario. The program provides free, routine dental care for eligible seniors 65 years or older. It is designed to support low-income seniors.
- Learn more about the Durham Regional Oral Health Clinic
The Durham Region Health department runs a local Oral Health Clinic. This clinic is free for any child in the Healthy Smiles Ontario program. Also, any parent can call and book an appointmet for their child's free dental screening.

The Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) is run by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. It is intended for people who are 18 years old, residing in Ontario, in financial need and living with a disability.
